Wine and Food between two Lakes

The area between the two lakes, Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, provides an opportunity to sample many culinary specialties and to enjoy renowned wine labels known in the world and its products in that territory.

You can’t go on with this "taste" without the main product of the lake, the fish. This simple dish, with vegetables and beans, has become the prince of the cooking of Novara. At last, there are also many local cheeses, from the most famous “Gorgonzola” to the most delicate Toma of the Alp.
