At the top of the mountain overlooking the Lake of Orta stands a monumental complex with a XVII century convent and an itinerary with several chapels winding down through the woods.
On the mountain slopes abound chestnut and oak trees as well as evergreens such as holly, boxwood, cherry-laurel and yew tree.
The area
The park can be reached from Ameno and Bolzano Novarese.
