MACUGNAGA

Macugnaga, small pearl at the foot of Monte Rosa, has two ski areas of all respect.

MACUGNAGA - BELVEDERE

At Belvedere Macugnaga there are six tracks.
Three blue, pretty easy and three red. We start from 1390 meters in Pecetto to reach 2000 meters in Belvedere. The area of the Burki is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. There is also an "easypark", a snow park with facilities for beginners.
From Belvedere start three wide tracks, all of medium difficulty, also suitable for lovers of walks in the snow with snowshoes and skins.

MACUGNAGA - MOUNT MORO

You can reach Monte Moro (2868 meters) by two cableways. The station offers blue runs, red runs and black runs.
For snowboarders, Monte Moro offers an equipped Pink Snow Park served by two lifts

Descent but not only!
For Nordic skiers, there is a beautiful trail with sections of varying difficulty. In town there is the possibility to rent ski equipment in several sporting goods stores.
Are also two ski schools in Macugnaga offering visitors the chance to learn classical disciplines of alpine skiing and snowboarding-
