The last weekend of April in Verbania offers you a motorboat "grand prix" and a fish "sagra"!

The week-end of 24th-25th April in Verbania will be characterised by sports and gastronomic traditions.
There, from 10.30 on, there will be in fact the IV edition of the Verbania Motorboat Grand Prix as well as several stands selling stuff for shippers, boat drivers and boat lovers. The classic "100 Miles" competition on Lake Maggiore called “Evelino Carcano Trophy” will also be valid for the Italian Endurance Championship.
Nearby the Botanic Gardens of Villa Taranto and its parkings, a big fish "sagra" will be organised instead by the Sunalegar Association for those who love eat regional food and lake fish. There will be the possibility of having lunch or dinner, from 12 to 15 and from 19 to 22, with dishes based on local "alborellas", perches, trouts and lake whitefish fried or prepared by using vegetable sauces.
