Crevoladossola: Christmas in ancient little hamlets

On December 8th, from 9 to 19, Pro Loco together with Crevoladossola municipality organises the traditional “Santa Klaus Fair” in ancient nice hamlets of Oira and Canova d’Oira.

Past atmosphere, old traditions, the unfailing market stands, folklore with groups from Preglia, Cosasca, Trontano and Beura as well as gastronomy with mulled wine, hot chocolate, raclette and roasted chestnuts and the "Santa Klaus Pit", where you can win funny prizes and give your money to charity.

On the same day the Immaculate Conception Celebration is including the Holy Mess at 10 in S. Mattia Church in Oira and the possibility of visiting its spaces and admiring the 18th century wooden statue of the Virgin Mary and Ferroni’s painting ‘Morte Improvvisa’.

Finally, at 16.30, Santa Klaus is arriving with its sleigh full of gifts!
